This may be the first offering for a Meteorite Hunting Expedition to the Gold Basin Strewn Field.  This field is approximately 20,000 years old and the oldest field outside of Anartica.  This field was found in 1995 while hunting for gold.  The dimensions of the field are to this day undetermined.  Thousands of meteorites have been found to date and the main mass, the largest piece, may have yet to be found.  Join me on an adventure to the field to hunt and capture the knowledge of how to hunt a strewn field and harvest meteorites.  You must, at least, have a knowledge of you're machine and the basics of tuning it .  Samples will be provided to test before the hunt begins.  L Class chondrites, H Class chondrites & Iron meteorites have been found in this field.  You will be instructed  for all of the above.  Local hot rocks, cold stones & other items found in this field will be discussed.  Gold nuggets have been found throughout this field and you will view some samples.
