2008 COLD FIND

This specimen was found by me while hunting for gold & meteorites
with detector.  This specimen was windowed & thought to be terrestrial
due to lack of visible FE.NI (nickel iron) particles.
A reputable meteorite hunter/collector picked this specimen from my
collection and later sliced it.  On inspection there is only a handful of
visible FE.NI without the aide of magnification.  This specimen does not
appear to match other known finds in the areas i.e. Gold Basin, Franconia.
This meteorite is probably a single fall.
The weight was 37.8 grams when found, after slicing is now 33.8 grams.
